Our Modern Design department is ever growing thanks to the expertise of Senior Valuer Chris Yeo. With over twenty years of auction experience, his specialist valuation role on BBC Antiques Roadshow, and as the former curator of the Ken Stradling Collection of 20th Century Design in Bristol, Chris has really brought this department to the fore amidst the rising popularity of modern design.

Recent highlights include a Dame Lucie Rie porcelain bowl, circa 1984, which sold for a staggering £26,000, two Peter Lord 'Morph' figurines reaching up to £1,100, and np fewer than four 'Pulcini' glass birds - the latest example discovered at a Car Boot sale! Chris has also overseen the dispersal of of items from the Ken Stradling Collection.
