Late 19th century opal and seed pearl unmarked yellow metal pendant brooch, the precious white opal oval cabochon measuring approx 13.5mm x 12mm, displaying violet, yellow, green, orange and red play-of-colour, claw set, eight stylised ivy leaves to the surround each set with three seed pearls, hinged pin and early trombone safety clasp, detachable seed pearl set bale, weight approx 6.6g gross (tests as 15/18ct)
