William 'Billy' Herbert Coggins (September 1901 – July 1958) was an English footballer who played as a goalkeeper. He played for Bristol City FC (1925-1930, Everton FC (1930-1935) in the 1931 FA Cup semi-final, Queens Park Rangers FC (1935-1936), and Bath City FC. After retiring from the sport he became the landlord of the Rising Sun pub in Backwell, North Somerset.
