Good early George III South Staffordshire enamel etui, circa 1770, of tapering form with gilt metal mounts, the hinged cover decorated with three panels of sheep in landscapes, opening to reveal a full set of six requisites; scissors, ivory aide memoire, pencil in metal sleeve, penknife, needle and toothpick, the main body finely painted with two portraits, a lady and gentleman respectively, reserved on a bleu de roi ground with gilt floral decoration, 9.5cm high
