As we are not professional packers, we would recommend using one of the contacts below: 

However, for small, non-breakable items weighing under 2kg, we offer a free, goodwill packing service (not postal service). You may wish to check if your lots are eligible for this service before bidding.

Examples of items we will NOT package include, but is not limited to:

  • Firearms
  • Bladed items (knives, swords, etc.)
  • Glass, or anything including glass (including paintings under glass)
  • Ceramics
  • Lighters

To use this service, please first settle your account promptly, and then contact us before booking your preferred collection service.

We will email weight and dimensions once these are available (please remember that this is a free service, not an express service, and will be carried out as efficiently as our other duties allow).
You will then be requested to organise your courier of choice, and to email a packing disclaimer and delivery label to us at info@clevedonsalerooms.com

Royal Mail / Parcelforce is our preference, as they visit daily during office hours.

We much prefer this system instead of travelling repeatedly to and from the nearest Post Office (a six-mile round trip from us during work hours, excluding parking and queuing time) - as it is both far cheaper for you, and far quicker for us. Thank you in advance for your kind cooperation.
