After very careful consideration, it is the view of Clevedon Salerooms that this lot does not contain dalbergia nigra (Brazilian rosewood): as such, no Article 10 has been applied for. Bidders intending to resell should bear this in mind and satisfy themselves that they are buying an item which complies with legislation; sales cannot be rescinded retrospectively.
