Clevedon Salerooms is delighted announce that Izzie Balmer will be joining our team of valuers, as our new Jewellery and Silver Consultant and Associate Valuation Specialist.
Izzie, who (in common with three of our other valuers!) lives in Bristol, will be known to many antiques aficionados from her appearances on such popular television programmes as BBC TV's Antiques Road Trip, Flog It! and Bargain Hunt, amongst many others.
Having studied for a gemmology diploma (FGA) and a diamond diploma (DGA) with the Gemmological Association of Great Britain at Birmingham's School of Jewellery and Birmingham’s Assay Office, Izzie was previously the Silver and Jewellery Specialist at a regional auction house.
She now brings her experience and popularity to Clevedon Salerooms, where she will be found at our popular valuation days at Stoke Lodge in Bristol, at some of our busy Clevedon valuation days, and helping us to expand our valuation days further afield - alongside our full-time Senior Valuer Chris Yeo (also no stranger to fans of BBC's Antiques Roadshow).
We very much look forward to working with Izzie, and to providing an enhanced valuation service to customers old and new across the region.
