Chinese porcelain Doucai Phoenix bowl

Chinese porcelain Doucai bowl, probably late Qing or Republican Period, the circular bowl externally decorated in enamels with four phoenixes in flight amidst clouds, the interior decorated to the centre with a single phoenix, five pairs of underglaze blue ring marks present to rim interior and exterior, roundel interior, external foot rim, and to underside, the latter framing a six character pseudo Chenghua (1465–1487) mark, 19.3cm diameter x 8cm high
