Chinese carved carnelian agate 'Auspicious Fruits' vase, probably late Qing dynasty, carved as a section of tree trunk, the exterior with gnarled tree branches issuing peaches or pomegranates, beside a stork-like bird, modelled with neck folded and looking backwards to resemble a lingzhi fungus, the underside with concentric 'graining', 10.5cm high
