Clevedon Salerooms are currently looking for a Saleroom Assistant to join our busy team. The successful applicant will play a key role in the handling, safe storage, presentation and selling of all lots from the time they enter the building until they leave. This is an entry-level role into the industry. This demanding role requires enthusiasm and a creative approach.
Main Duties include:
The post requires an honest and well presented individual, who can work well under pressure to meet catalogue deadlines and be part of a team. Previous administration/ computer experience would be a bonus. Useful skills will include basic photographic knowledge, an interest in antiques, good presentational skills and an eye for details. Previous experience an advantage but not essential.
